Returns
- We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return and let us know why you’d like to return the item.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. All returns must be unused, in their original packaging, with labels intact, and in a condition suitable for resale. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We’re happy to offer a refund or exchange once the item is received and approved. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 14 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at viaszcandles@gmail.com.
Damages and Issues
- We take great care in packaging your order, but if your item arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. Our standard return window is 14 days from the date of purchase, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
